When EB finishes are bonded to MDF, PB and solid wood substrates, high-temperature hot pressing is generally used. The solution brought by IWG Yongtenai can effectively prevent the deformation of wood caused by heat, as well as the shortcomings of low efficiency, long product cycle and relatively limited industrial application when using low-temperature hot pressing.
The innovative application of PUR gluing process combined with EB recycled veneer not only solves this pain point, but also provides strong support for the industrial production of paint products, which is expected to promote the further development of the entire industry.

In addition, for the PET flat lamination process widely used on the market, IWG Yongtenai has also developed PUR penetration glue to effectively optimize the process.
At present, PET is widely used as a finish through PUR flat lamination. Its advantages are that the surface is delicate and the production is efficient and convenient. However, this process has extremely high requirements for surface flatness and requires additional leveling process on the substrate processing, but there are problems of high-temperature hot pressing deformation, energy consumption and cost. The PUR penetration glue developed by IWG Yongtenai can flatten the uneven substrate and cure the base layer at low temperature to achieve the effect of leveling the paint. Obviously, this innovative process can not only reduce the cost of PET lamination, but also significantly improve production efficiency.
